Text for Information service – 79999 shortcode

In order to participate in Zipstripe's text for information services, please follow the procedural steps set forth below:


1. You can text to the short code contained in the Zipstripe sign, commercial or website reference by going to the Texting function on your phone, then keying in the number 79999 in the Send To field (where the telephone number would usually be placed), and putting in the Message field the keyword contained in the Zipstripe sign, commercial or website reference – for example where you would see "Text START to 79999", the number 79999 would go into the space reserved for the telephone number and the word START would go into the message field. For information requested by shortcode 79999 there is no fee, although standard messaging and data fees may apply. Video and pictures require a video or picture enabled handset. Please check with your carrier.
2. The Service is described at the Zipstripe Website and includes everything on the Zipstripe website www.zipstripe.com (the "Website") that may exist from time to time. Part of the Service makes available to you downloadable mobile entertainment for delivery to your Device, such as including from time to time ringtones, wallpaper, games, applications and graphics (collectively, the "Downloads"). You will be permitted to send mobile content to your compatible wireless telephones or other compatible devices owned and controlled by you (or for which you have explicit permission to do so from the owner) (the "Device"). Please review the balance of the Terms of Use where among other things: we make no representation as to compatibility of your Device with the Zipstripe Website and the Service and you acknowledge and agree that Zipstripe shall have no liability for the compatibility or non-compatibility of your Device with the Zipstripe Website and the Service; you acknowledge and agree that you may not transmit, broadcast, upload to any computer or mobile device, create derivative works of, or make commercial use of the Service including, but not limited to, any Download(s); you may not, or otherwise attempt to (or otherwise authorize, encourage or support other attempts to) circumvent, re-engineer, decrypt, break or otherwise alter or interfere with the Service, including but not limited to Download(s).

3. If you sent a text by shortcode and your phone number is not blocked for privacy, you will receive a text containing:

a. The information you requested and depending upon the program a link to a mobile website for more information; or,
b. Notification that the system could not find the information you were looking for and a link to a mobile site whereby you can narrow or change your information search request.

For information received by shortcode 79999 there is no fee, although standard messaging and data fees may apply. Video and pictures require a video or picture enabled handset. Please check with your carrier.

1. For subscribed to or permitted alerts text the word "ARRET" or "STOP" at any time to terminate alert sending.

2. Text the word "HELP" or "INFO" to short code 79999 and you will receive direction to detailed step by step instructions, including common error codes.
